The Latin word "res" means a thing, an object: from it comes "real", this is an essence, an event, a state of affairs and even nature, but also an incident and a matter. We are convinced that philosophy is a communis causa, a common cause, transcending boundaries according to its world concept.

Res Press Publishing House was founded in August 2022 by a team of young independent researchers. Our goal is to develop the intellectual environment in Russia and maintain international cooperation with foreign researchers. Our tasks are to disseminate the results of fundamental research in the field of philosophy through the publication of translations and original works of foreign and Russian theorists; to promote the integration of these works into scientific, educational and extra-academic practices.
